I love what I do and strive to make me client's look and feel beautiful at all times. Getting your hair done should be a fun/relaxing process which is why my time and my client's time is important to me. I DO NOT leave my client's waiting and try my best to always be on time. Like everyone else I have a life outside of my work so I make sure to communicate with my client's as much as possible so we all on the same page.

BOOKING PROCESS: To book, please select your service type, date and time. Once you have scheduled your date and time please make your $30 deposit payment through the system using PayPal or your $30 deposit payment can also be paid via CashApp: $Cam73 or Zelle: 786.873.1238.
***If you pay your deposit through CashApp or Zelle please be sure to text me @ 783.873.1238 immediately after and provide: Your Name, Contact Number, Email, Service Your're Requesting, and Your Appointment Date & Time so I can manually enter you into my system. Deposits are required to book any and all services.
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE! Your deposit amount will be applied to the total amount of your service/s and. Full payment due immediately after service/s have been provided.

Rescheduled Appointments- Deposits are only transferable if appointment has been rescheduled with at least a 24 hour notice of cancelling your appointment. Clients who cancel within the 24 hours time frame will one have one opportunity to reschedule by paying a rescheduling fee of $35. Clients will have 30 days from the original service date to reschedule their appointment or loose their full payment.
ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS ARE A FLAT RATE: $130 BEFORE/AFTER HOURS FLATE RATE: $130
LATE FEE:$5 PER 5 MINUTES. You will have a 5 minute grace period and after 5 minutes the late fee is $5 per 5 minutes you are late. After 15 minutes late or more with no response your appointment may be cancelled.
NO EXTRA COMPANY OR CHILDREN: NO ADDITIONAL COMPANY ,UNLESS THE APPOINTMENT IS FOR A MINOR IN WHICH ONE ADULT MAY ACCOMPANY THE CLIENT.
